Quick Peach Crisp

Ingredients

Peach Filling

  • 29oz sliced canned peaches (drained)
  • 2 tablespoons oat flour
  • 3/4 teaspoons cinnamon (ground)

Streusel

  • 7 tablespoons oat flour
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1/4 cups brown sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoons cinnamon (ground)
  • 1/2 cups oatmeal
  • 1/4 cups salted butter (cut into small pieces)

Directions

Peach Filling
In a medium bowl, combine canned peaches (drained), oat flour, and cinnamon. Mix together well, then evenly distribute between 4 large ramekins, jumbo muffin tins, or mini pie tins.
Streusel
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except butter and mix until well combined. Add butter and mix until coated. Sprinkle over peach filling.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
