Quick Peach Crisp
Ingredients
Peach Filling
- 29oz sliced canned peaches (drained)
- 2 tablespoons oat flour
- 3/4 teaspoons cinnamon (ground)
Streusel
- 7 tablespoons oat flour
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- 1/4 cups brown sugar
- 3/4 teaspoons cinnamon (ground)
- 1/2 cups oatmeal
- 1/4 cups salted butter (cut into small pieces)
Directions
Peach Filling | |
In a medium bowl, combine canned peaches (drained), oat flour, and cinnamon. Mix together well, then evenly distribute between 4 large ramekins, jumbo muffin tins, or mini pie tins. | |
Streusel | |
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except butter and mix until well combined. Add butter and mix until coated. Sprinkle over peach filling. | |
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until golden and bubbly. | |
