Ginger Pear Blueberry Crisp

Ingredients

Filling

  • 3 pears (peeled and diced)
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cups honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour

Topping

  • 1/3 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cups nuts (of your choice, chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons butter (or coconut oil)
  • 1/4 cups honey (or maple syrup)

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix together filling ingredients and pour into a greased 9x9 pan. Mix together topping ingredients and sprinkle over filling. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until slightly golden and bubbly.
