Bulgur Salatasi

Ingredients

  • 1 cup bulgur wheat
  • 1 cup beans (black or kidney)
  • 4 tomatoes (large, diced)
  • 2 cucumbers (diced)
  • 1/4 bunches mint (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 bunches cilantro (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 bunches parsley (finely chopped)
  • 1 onion (large, diced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cups lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons cumin

Optional

  • 1 avocado (diced)

Directions

Prepare bulgur. Combine all ingredients and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
