Bakery Style Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups salted butter (softened)
  • 1/2 cups natural peanut butter
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs (large)
  • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup (organic if available)
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups ultragrain flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Directions

Cream together butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Beat in eggs, then stir in the corn syrup, water, and vanilla. Add flour, baking soda, and salt and mix until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips.

Drop onto baking sheet using a trigger ice cream scoop (about 2oz or 1/4 cup) about 3 inches apart. Flatten slightly with a fork. Bake at 375 for 15-18 minutes or until golden.
