We recently had new neighbors move in, and of course, I’m back on the chocolate chip cookie train! This time, I decided to try Martha Stewart’s Cakey Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe from her Cookies cookbook.
I’m definitely not a crunchy cookie person – give me a chewy or cakey cookie any day – so these were absolutely perfect in my book, and the new neighbors loved them too!
My only complaint is that they start tasting a little like a Chips Ahoy after a few days. If that’s your cookie jam, age these for a few days! 😂
