Bulgur Salatasi
Ingredients
- 1 cup bulgur wheat
- 1 cup beans (black or kidney)
- 4 tomatoes (large, diced)
- 2 cucumbers (diced)
- 1/4 bunches mint (finely chopped)
- 1/4 bunches cilantro (finely chopped)
- 1/4 bunches parsley (finely chopped)
- 1 onion (large, diced)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cups lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoons cumin
Optional
- 1 avocado (diced)
Directions
Prepare bulgur. Combine all ingredients and chill for at least 1 hour before serving. | |
