Ginger Pear Blueberry Crisp
Ingredients
Filling
- 3 pears (peeled and diced)
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cups honey (or maple syrup)
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
Topping
- 1/3 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cups nuts (of your choice, chopped)
- 2 tablespoons butter (or coconut oil)
- 1/4 cups honey (or maple syrup)
Directions
In a medium bowl, mix together filling ingredients and pour into a greased 9x9 pan. Mix together topping ingredients and sprinkle over filling. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until slightly golden and bubbly. | |
