Raw Cherry Chia Jam

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cherries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Optional

  • 1 tablespoon sweetener (of your choice, I skipped it)

Directions

Blend cherries in a blender or food processor until smooth. In a small jar, mix together cherries, chia seeds and sweetener (if desired.) Refrigerate and allow to gel.

If you'd prefer a seedless jam, run the gelled mixture through a blender or food processor until it reaches the desired texture.
