Perfect Roasted Broccoli
Ingredients
- 1 head broccoli (about 2 cups)
- 3 tablespoons avocado oil (or grapeseed)
- kosher salt (or sea salt, to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
Directions
Preheat oven to 450. Cut broccoli into medium sized florets, rinse well, then dry in a salad spinner. Place in a bowl or gallon plastic bag, pour oil over the broccoli, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss vigorously until the broccoli is evenly coated. Spread broccoli onto a jelly roll pan. Bake, stirring occasionally, for 20-30 minutes or until tender and slightly charred around the edges. | |
